CAFG Giving away 50% off Tuition to the 2016 Forensic Genealogy Institute

The 2015 Forensic Genealogy Institute in Dallas, Texas, is just two weeks away! But it’s not too late to be part of the best forensic education available. The Council for the Advancement of Forensic Genealogy (CAFG) will be live posting and tweeting updates from FGI 2015 on March 26-28, including great information from the brand-new Forensic Genealogy Master Practicum.

But the best part is—you can enter to win half-off tuition to the 2016 Forensic Genealogy Institute just by reposting the updates from FGI.

Here’s how to enter:

  1. Like or follow the Council for the Advancement of Forensic Genealogy on Facebook or @CAFG_forensic on Twitter. (You can do this right now!)
  2. Look for FGI updates March 26-28, 2015. Then share or retweet those updates using #ForensicGen.
  3. That’s it!

After FGI 2015, CAFG will select a winner at random from followers who have reposted FGI updates. The winner will receive 50% off tuition to the 2016 Forensic Genealogy Institute. (Dates and place of FGI 2016 are yet to be announced.)

The contest is open to everyone! You do not have to be an FGI attendee or member of CAFG to win. So like CAFG today, and start reposting on March 25!

Grab One of the Last Remaining Seats at FGI 2015
A couple of seats at FGI 2015 have just opened up! Don’t miss your chance to take the DNA course “Advanced Genetic Genealogy and Unknown-Parentage Cases” with industry experts CeCe Moore and Angie Bush.

This course applies DNA and traditional genealogical research to uncovering the genetic heritage of individuals with unknown parentage. This area of forensic research is expanding rapidly, and genealogists who can use DNA to successfully address unknown-parentage cases are in great demand.

Register online at www.forensicgenealogists.org/institute. But you’ll need to hurry — FGI registration closes this Friday, March 13.
