Finding information about people who lived 100+ years ago is relatively easy.
There are multiple genealogical sites that contain a multitude of records for dead
people. Finding information about the living, however, can be challenging. 

Often, genealogists seek information on living people for a variety of purposes ranging
from probate cases to repatriation of unidentified remains projects. In some cases,
jurisdictional privacy laws can make it difficult to find information concerning living
people. However, there are several sites that can be used to provide data on living
people.

Family Tree Now (www.familytreenow.com) 
This site allows you to search for living people if you have a first and last name and a
city/state in which they live. It’s free and can provide addresses, phone numbers, and
close relatives and associates. No account is needed to use this site.

Fast People Search (www.fastpeoplesearch.com)
Another free site that can be used without setting up an account, searches here will
yield any phone numbers associated with living people, current and past addresses,
aliases, and family members and associates. There is a limit to how many searches can
be conducted per month. This site allows you to search by name, address, or phone
number.

Been Verified (www.beenverified.com) 
This site requires payment. For less than $23.00 per month, you are allowed 100
searches. Other more costly plans allow more searches per month. Like Fast People
Search, you can search by name, address, phone number and also by email address.
Success varies, depending on name used (Rick vs. Richard) in searches. It can also be
cumbersome to scan through all search results, especially for more common names. 

Spokeo (www.spokeo.com)
Another paid site, plans start at $14.95 for three months and can run up to $25 a month
longer term. This site allows searches by name, address, phone number and email
address. It also provides the most recent address as well as former addresses and
provides the most likely current phone number. 

Truth Finder (www.truthfinder.com)
Similar to other paid sites, it allows you to search by name and location. It also has an
ai-assisted feature to assist in more accurate results. Users can find photos, birth/death
records, voter registration, property records, and more. However, this site contains lots
of frustrating pop-ups before you receive search results and then requires payment to
see them.

Property Record (www.propertyrecord.com)
Users on this site can search by name or address. Results will show age and address
history. This is a paid site and quite costly. However, if users are doing frequent
searches, it can be worthwhile because the most recent address will be shown as well
as prior addresses.

Overall, any of these sites can be used to research living people. However, it is
advisable to use more than one site to verify and cross-check results.
